
Concurrent Enrollment Office Responsibilities
Concurrent Enrollment office staff will handle the following responsibilities as they relate to the liaison:
- Assist SLCC Departments in providing training for Concurrent Enrollment instructors to educate them in understanding the Concurrent Enrollment Program and responsibilities of the SLCC liaisons.
- Verify the receipt of Visit Report Forms and documentation of completed projects before payment is processed. Process payment to liaisons for classroom visits in a timely manner, as forms are submitted unless the liaison requests payment for all visits at the end of the semester or requests no payment.
- Return incomplete site visit forms to the liaison for completion.
- Provide information, support, and assistance to liaisons and Concurrent Enrollment instructors as needed.
