Concurrent Enrollment Office Responsibilities

Concurrent Enrollment office staff will handle the following responsibilities as they relate to the liaison:

  1. Assist SLCC Departments in providing training for Concurrent Enrollment instructors to educate them in understanding the Concurrent Enrollment Program and responsibilities of the SLCC liaisons.
  2. Verify the receipt of Visit Report Forms and documentation of completed projects before payment is processed. Process payment to liaisons for classroom visits in a timely manner, as forms are submitted unless the liaison requests payment for all visits at the end of the semester or requests no payment.
  3. Return incomplete site visit forms to the liaison for completion.
  4. Provide information, support, and assistance to liaisons and Concurrent Enrollment instructors as needed.
