Instructor 1: I love my liaison.
Instructor 2: He checks in on me about 3, 4 times a year and just comes in and see what we’re doing and gives me suggestions.
Instructor 1: She comes to my classroom on a regular basis for visits and we share classroom exercises that I’m using in my classroom that goes along with the college’s content
Instructor 3: Our liaison is an advocate for myself and others in my department on the community college campus
Instructor 4: He’s always available, comes to the class and asks me questions, observes my abilities, gives me recommendations.
Instructor 5: She enjoys working with the kids, and you need that in a liaison, someone who’s willing to come in and interact with the student. Then the students realize that she and I are working together.
Instructor 6: We have a variety of different things that we do at the beginning of the year and throughout the year to keep up on what the current thought is in both teaching styles and how to teach, but also curriculum as well.
Instructor 7: My liaison is the whole reason I teach like I do. He has shown us all sorts of technologies so . . .
Instructor 4: It’s good to have a source and especially when you’re trying to align it with the college it’s good to know what you need to do. Cause your not taking the class your not there watching it being taught so to be able to meet somebody and get that information is really good.
Instructor 7: Liaisons are great! It’s the connection we have with the school.
