Our team has the ability to create or tailor trainings to meet your specific business needs.
This funding solution is designed for both well-established, entrepreneurial businesses and growing companies. Custom Fit’s goal is to help organizations grow, train and retain an efficient and productive employee base. These funds are availble for trainings at every level, from team members to executives.

Companies must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- LOCATION: Company is located in Salt Lake County
- FOR-PROFIT: Business can be of ANY size
- LICENSED: Have a valid State of Utah Business License
- W2/W4: Training participants are current W2/W4 employees

THE 6 STEP PROCESS
- You will fill out the Company Information (for new companies only) and the Training Request Forms
- The Coordinator will review and confirm the company qualifies
- The Company and SLCC will determine and create the best training solution
- A training agreement is drafted to include: cost, participants information, and training details
- Training is delivered
- Coordinator follows-up with an evaluation and invoicing
