CHEF 2680 Catering Mangement Department: Culinary Arts Catering Mangement Credits: 3- Description: Prereq: CHEF 1110. Students study how to organize and operate a small to mid sized catering business. Students participate in hands on activities that can go towards their required 2000 hours on-the-job requirement for graduation.
