    A Letter or Progress or Concern must reach the faculty member no later than March 31
    and must contain the rationale for the action.
    NB: The Dean or the Associate Vice President is responsible for notifying the President
    regarding the decision to grant or deny tenure of each faculty member in question no later
    than March 31, 2010.
