Focused Tutoring
REQUEST A TUTOR - please read all of the instructions
Tutor Requests will generally be accepted until one month before the last day of class; however, matches can only be made if there are still available openings.
Returning Focused Tutoring students do not need to complete another Orientation. However, returning students are still committed to abide by the attendance and preparation agreements they made during their Orientation.

STUDENTS NEW TO FOCUSED TUTORING
1. Fill out the Tutor Request Form.
2. Complete the Orientation PowerPoint on the Forms page of this website.
3. Sign the Student Commitment Form in the Orientation presentation and attach it to the Tutor Request form.
4. Turn in the Tutor Request form and the Student Commitment form at TB 213, mailbox for Jennifer Fasy.
5. Request forms will NOT be processed without:
a. Course Subject and Number
b. Availability Schedule
c. Orientation (Student Commitment form)
