Emotional ups and downs are just a fact of life, but sometimes things get too difficult to handle alone. When feelings get overwhelming and start to affect your functioning at home, work or school, it may be time to seek help. Health and Wellness Services provides free Counseling Services to students, faculty and staff of SLCC. We want you to stay emotionally healthy and able to be your best self!
If you are a student, you are entitled to up to 4 free counseling sessions per semester with our trained mental health professionals.
If you are an employee of SLCC with benefits, you have pre-paid mental health services through the Employee Assistance Program. Call Health and Wellness Services for more information.
