Regional Transportation Planning

The Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) works with local governments to create long range transportation and transit improvement plans. WFRC’s 2030 plans were overlaid on maps showing adopted future land use plans in Salt Lake County, the current extent of development and projected population change to illustrate where new growth was anticipated in the county.
