Adjunct Faculty Information and Minimum Requirements for Teaching in the Mathematics Department:

Thank you for your interest in teaching part-time with the mathematics department at Salt Lake Community College.

1.) Complete an on-line application (which includes a cover letter and resume).

2.) Contact the math department chair.

3.) Provide official copies of all of your college transcripts to the math department chair.

The Mathematics Department requires the following from an accredited college or university:

  • a masters' degree in mathematics, or
  • a masters' degree in a closely related area with 18 graduate semester hours in mathematics.
