NSG 2900 - Pathophysiology
We do allow students to take this one Nursing course prior to starting the Nursing program. We recommend taking this course within 3 semesters of starting the program.
The process of requesting a seat in this class is to do one of the following during the dates listed below:

Come into our office on the Jordan Campus office 104E or 104K
to pick up the form, complete it, and leave it with us. Or, -
You will find a link to the form on this web page, pull it up, print it out, fill it out, and fax it in to 801-957-5708 - Attention Lesa Bird.
**The forms are not available early, they will be available that first day and
for a limited time afterwards for late requests.**
Late requests are accepted, but at a reduced priority to those who submitted it on time.
Spring 2010 - We were accepting requests for entry in the Spring NSG 2900 Pathophysiology class November 2, 2009 to November 6, 2009. Any requests received now are considered late.
