- What if my card does not work?
 If your OneCard does not work for any reason, bring it to any of the OneCard ID Centers so that an evaluation of the problem can be made, or call (801)957-4022 Redwood ID Center, (801)957-3407 South City ID Center, (801)957-2600 Jordan ID Center, (801)957-5890 Sandy ID Center.
- How and where can I get balances on my account?
When making purchases at any location. Food Services, bookstore and off-campus locations provide receipts indicating account balances. Uniprint will indicate balances at any release station. If not making a purchase, simply visit any OneCard ID center to make an inquiry on your account balance.
- Why should I use the OneCard 'Bruin Bucks' debit account?
It is the most convenient, safest, and easiest way to pay for books, meals, tuition, etc., without having to carry cash.
- How can I get a statement of transactions
Just come to any of the OneCard ID Centers and request a statement.
- Where are the OneCard ID Centers?
We currently have four ID Center locations to serve you. The Redwood Campus Courtesy Desk, South Campus (room E148), Jordan Campus Courtesy Desk, and Sandy Campus Bldg. B.
