What if my card does not work?
If your OneCard does not work for any reason, bring it to any of the ID Center locations so that an evaluation of the problem can be made.
How and where can I get balances on my account?
When making purchases at any location, your receipt indicates the remaining account balances. Uniprint will indicate balances at any release station. If not making a purchase, simply visit any ID center to make an inquiry on your account balance.
Why should I use the OneCard 'Bruin Bucks' debit account?
It is the most convenient, safest, and easiest way to pay for books, meals, tuition, etc., without having to carry cash.
How do I put money on my OneCard?
Just visit any of the ID Centers, or Cashiering and deposit the amount you desire.
