How to get a OneCard


New Students:


New Students will receive an orientation packet of information explaining when and where to get your OneCard. Your OneCard can be obtained at one of five ID center locations. You must be enrolled in classes for the current semester to receive your card. You must also present another form of picture ID. The cost of your first OneCard is covered by student fees. If you need additional information please contact one of the ID Centers.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your OneCard is lost or stolen or damaged it can be replaced at one of the five ID Centers. Please see Lost Cards page for more information.

Staff/Faculty

Staff and Faculty may obtain their OneCard from any ID center. A OneCard ID Authorization form must be signed by department supervisors. The cost is $10. You may pay in cash, check or ask your supervisor for authorization to use you department's cost code.

Alumni

Alumni who wish to get a OneCard can must visit the Redwood ID center with the appropriate authorization form (see Alumni Office). The card fee is $5.00.

Continuing Students

Your ID Card is good as long as you are a registered student in good standing. If you skip a semester or two, your card will be reactivated when you re-register.
