Our Instructors Brandon Owen is an intellectual property attorney at Holland and Hart. He was a law clerk at the Patrick Tomasino has been the Chief Building Official for the City of Taylorsville since 2002. He is a Certified Plan Reviewer and holds certificates from ICC in the following areas: Building Code, Electrical Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code, in both the International Codes and the Uniform Codes. He served as the Salt Lake regional coordinator for the Utah Chapter of ICC inspectors for three years, in 1995, 1999, and 2005.
