If you have a non-life threatening injury while at work, we require that you seek medical treatment from Concentra first. You can change physicians one time without prior approval. Concentra has two locations to serve you: Workers Compensation Fund of Utah Preferred ProvidersWCF has established a network of medical facilities and hospitals that provide quality medical care. If you choose to receive treatment with a non-PPO facility, you may be responsible for any charges in excess of the PPO rates. See the WCF web site for a complete list of PPO facilities.
