Submit your writing to a Writing Advisor

The Student Writing Center will be closed on October 1 & 2 for Fall Break.  We will not be responding to online submissions during Fall Break.

Attention: THIS SERVICE IS ONLY OPEN TO VALID SLCC EMAIL ADDRESSES. WE CANNOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAIL ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE SLCC NETWORK. PLEASE USE YOUR SLCC MYMAIL ACCOUNT.

When you submit this form you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this confirmation email, check your spam filter.   Tell your spam filter to allow messages from bessie.englab.slcc.edu.

We encourage you to use your SLCC MyMail account rather than an off-campus email service.  To the best of our knowledge, MyMail does not spam filter messages from ETUT.

If you have any questions or do not receive a response within 48 hours please call 801-957-4893 or contact Clint Gardner at clint.gardner@slcc.edu.

Which class is this for (class name/number):

Please type a thorough description of your assignment, and what you would like us to respond to. What, exactly, are you being asked to do? What are the requirements of this assignment? Who is the intended audience? Unless the tutor knows the requirements of your paper and what you would like to focus on, she or he will be unable to respond to you, and will write back to you asking for more specific information.

If you have a copy of the assignment your instructor gave you, it would be best to type it in here, as well as your own description and questions. If you don't describe your assignment we will write back to you asking you to describe it.

Don't forget to write what you would like the tutor to focus on, as well:
