The Thayne Center for Service & Learning
offers AmeriCorps Educational Grant scholarships to
students who successfully complete a set term of
service. Students engage in applicable service
activities and turn in monthly time sheets,
completing their terms of service within 12
months.

Work-Study • Volunteering and service-learning
activities that address tutoring, mentoring, or
human needs • Clinical work, fieldwork, or
student teaching hours that involve tutoring,
mentoring, or addressing unmet human needs
