General Business Bachelor of Science

This joint program with Utah State University (USU) and the Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is offered on our Redwood Road campus via satellite. Students can complete their general education, elective courses and many of the lower division major courses at SLCC through their Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree in Business.

SLCC students who have completed or are nearing completion of their Associate of Science (AS) or Associate of Art (AA) in Business are able to transfer into this program and continue their education as a junior. Students enrolled in this program will receive the same types of support as those in a traditional setting such as advising, library support, and other campus services at both SLCC through the University Center and the USU Salt Lake City Office.  Because the USU Salt Lake City Office is nearby, students may be able to access other courses in which they are interested at the USU site with minimal disruption or inconvenience.

Students are encouraged to meet with an advisor as early as possible to support effective transfer and planning of courses. We recommend that students complete their Associate of Science prior to transferring into the program.
