Required Training

Training Transcripts

Employee (Personal):

You are able to view your training record anytime through MyPage. Follow the steps below to access your transcript: 

  1. Login to your MyPage.
  2. Select the Employee tab.
  3. On the right hand column, in the box titled "Employee Training", select "View Your Transcript."
  4. The middle box shows the required training you have taken and the status, whether current or expired.
  5. The bottom box shows your training transcript, which includes required training, safety training, and any staff development courses you have taken.

Contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your training transcripts.

Supervisor:

Supervisors are able to view their employees' training record anytime using the Employee Training Transcript tool:

https://sasbot.slcc.edu/webforms/employeetraining/transcripts/login.aspx

To access the training record for your employees, you will need to login to this tool with YOUR MyPage username and password.
