You are able to view your training record anytime through MySLCC. Follow the steps below to access your transcript:
- Log in to your MySLCC account.
- Select the Employee tab.
- On the right hand column, in the box titled "Employee Training", select "Register for Training."
- The middle box shows the required training you have taken and the status, whether current or expired.
- The bottom box shows your training transcript, which includes required training, safety training, and any staff development courses you have taken. You may click "Print" to print your training transcript.

Supervisors are able to view their employees' training record anytime using the Employee Training Transcript tool:
To access the training record for your employees, you will need to login to this tool with your MySLCC username and password.
The employees listed are linked to you as a supervisor based on the Budget Form.
If there are employees listed that you do not supervise, or you are missing employees, please contact Payroll to have your direct reports updated.
