Attending college just got easier in West Valley City

Whether it’s the basics, like English or math, or more off-the-beaten path, such as astronomy or yoga, Salt Lake Community College’s newest location in West Valley City offers a variety of subjects to fit many goals and aspirations.

The new West Valley Center gives students an affordable, convenient option for fully transferrable general education courses and offers classes for the entire community.

Advisors and financial aid staff will be located at the site to help students choose the right classes, and take advantage of helpful admissions services. Support for students with disabilities and first-generation college students will also be offered.

Basic Computer Technology, English as a Second Language and Writing Workshops will also be offered at the new location.

So, if you’re ready for a Zumba class, something in film and culture, or you’re interested in business, philosophy or psychology, SLCC’s new West Valley Center is ready for you.
