Each semester, SLCC recognizes high academic achievement by honoring students whose GPAs qualify them to make the President’s List and Dean’s List.

President's and Dean's Lists

How do I make the President’s List?

  • Complete 9 credit hours or more during a semester (not cumulative)
  • Achieve a 3.8 or higher semester (not cumulative) GPA

How do I make the Dean’s List?

  • Complete 9 credit hours or more during a semester (not cumulative)
  • Achieve between 3.5 and 3.79 semester (not cumulative) GPA

Certificate of Recognition

Each semester that you’re on the President’s List or Dean’s List, you will be notified by email that your Certification of Recognition is available to print. Enter MySLCC, click on the Academics and Records tab, view My Academic Records and follow the prompts. If you have problems printing, email tlincoln@slcc.edu.

Request Copy of President's or Dean's List Certificate

Certificate requests need to be submitted by the last day to add classes following the semester for which you are requesting the certificate. Please allow 1-2 months for certificate to be sent out. If you missed this deadline, your request will added to the next semester's batch of requests. Certificates will be sent to the primary address on file. You can update you address under your MySLCC page. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Teneisa Lincoln at tlincoln@slcc.edu.
