We are open! All CHC services including: massage therapy, counseling services, and medical services are available for students, staff and faculty.

Our Taylorsville-Redwood campus location (STC 035) is up and running, resuming with normal hours, while all other locations are temporarily closed. For the time being, our office will be waiving session fees and no-show/cancellation fees for medical and counseling appointments.​ Individual counseling and medical services are available via telehealth through appointment only. In-person appointments may be available, depending on the circumstances. Contact us at​ ​(801) 957-4268​​ to make an appointment or for more information. New patients seeking healthcare will need to complete a series of forms online in order to access telehealth.​ Massage appointments are to be made no longer than two weeks in advance and will require a health screening prior to the appointment. Face coverings should be worn during massage appointments.

Appointment Costs

All medical and counseling appointment fees are currently being waived. Additional services such as, lab work, assessments, testing, etc. may have fees based upon services utilized.

Massage services are $30 for students, and $40 for staff and faculty. Massage appointment cancellations typically result in the full cost of the massage appointment, however cancellation fees are temporarily being waived.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call and cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment .

Just a reminder, we do not deal with insurance. All of our services are either free or set at a low, fixed rate! You do not need to be full-time to utilize our services.

  2. Show up 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out forms in our office.
  3. Please bring your SLCC ID number or OneCard.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, call 24 hours in advance of the appointment and speak directly with our staff, 801-957-4268. Leaving a voicemail is not an acceptable way to cancel or reschedule. If the phone line is busy, we may be able to better serve you via email. Our email address is chc@slcc.edu​. Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled the previous Friday, for example, if your appointment is set for 9 a.m. Monday, you must call by 9 a.m. Friday to cancel or reschedule.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment the day after a holiday, you must call the workday prior to the holiday. For example, if your appointment is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, and the holiday is Tuesday, you must call by 9 a.m. Monday to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you skip a medical or counseling appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, without cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $10.

If you fail to show for a massage appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, without cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $30 for missed visits for students, or $40 for employees.

Unpaid fees result in an immediate hold placed on your student account, and you will not be able to register for classes until the fees are paid.
