 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION

This admission application form is for high school students wishing to take Concurrent Enrollment classes. Students must be registered at a high school participating with SLCC for Concurrent Enrollment. For a list of participating high schools click here.
Before you begin this application be sure to have your credit card, social security number, drivers license (if you have one), and a parent or guardian present to co-sign the application.
Take time to make sure that the information you enter is correct, mistakes on your application could cause significant delays in your future academic pursuits.

What is Concurrent Enrollment?
Concurrent Enrollment students register for a college class and the corresponding high school class and receive credit toward high school graduation and a college degree. For more information about Concurrent Enrollment click here.
To apply for admission at Salt Lake Community College
- Complete the information required in the admission form
- Pay the $35 fee on line
- You will receive a confirmation page with your SLCC student number. Use that number to create a login to My Page at www.slcc.edu.

Don’t want to pay on line with credit or debit card? Want to pay by cash or check?
Apply for admission to SLCC for Concurrent Enrollment using a paper admission form. Paper Admission forms are available from the high school Concurrent Enrollment coordinator or the SLCC Concurrent Enrollment Office (957-4759.)
Note: students may participate in Concurrent Enrollment classes without giving the college their social security numbers. However, students must give the college their social security numbers in order to receive financial aid and to transfer credit to other postsecondary institutions.
