Enrollment Verification

If you need official proof of your enrollment at SLCC, for a health insurer, employer, or other organization, or if you need student loan deferment notifications, you can obtain them through National Student Clearinghouse.

The following information is available when you log in to National Student Clearinghouse through MySLCC.

  • Enrollment Verification Certificate – This is sent to businesses, employers, lenders, health insurers, and housing providers who require proof of your degree and enrollment.
  • A review of deferment forms and electronic notifications that have been sent to lenders.
  • A list of student loan lenders with access to a link to real-time loan information.
  • Enrollment history and a SLCC schedule of future enrollment updates.
  • Enrollment verification requests you’ve made.
  • Enrollment verification requests made by a service provider, with your consent.

If you need a verification that lists your GPA and/or Social Security number, you can request it from SLCC by faxing a completed Enrollment Verification form to the Office of the Registrar and Academic Records at 801-957-4961.

You’ll have to follow-up with Financial Aid at SLCC, if required by the verification request.
