Enrollment Verification

Salt Lake Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Third party requests and organizations (such as health insurance companies and prospective employers) must submit a request directly with NSC.  The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

The following is available when you log in to National Student Clearinghouse through MySLCC.

  • Obtain an enrollment certificate to print and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of your enrollment.
  • View the enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse.
  • View the student loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to your loan holders (lenders and guarantors).
  • View the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to health insurers and other providers of student services or products.
  • View specific information about your student loans.

If you need a verification that lists your GPA and/or Social Security number, you can complete the Enrollment Verification form  and fax, email or bring the form into the Office of the Registrar and Academic Records at the Taylorsville Redwood campus or Enrollment Services at any of the other campus locations.
