Admission to SLCC for Concurrent Enrollment students is managed through the state-wide Concurrent Enrollment Participation Form. Be sure to select "Salt Lake Community College" on the form so your information is forwarded to SLCC.

Qualifications to Participate:

Your high school's Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator and Counselor can help determine if you meet the qualifications for Concurrent Enrollment (CE).

• You must be enrolled in a public or private high school that has a contract to offer concurrent enrollment with SLCC. 
• Your school may require a minimum GPA.
• Some CE courses may require qualifying placement test scores such as the ACT or SLCC Placement Test OR other prerequisites set by the college or high school. See Course Offerings for course specific pre-requisites.
• Note: If you have graduated early or the date of your original expected graduation from high school has passed, you are not eligible to participate in CE.

What You Will Need to Complete the Participation Form

• Your social security number, unless you are not a U.S. citizen.
• An email address for the student (Please use a personal email address. High school emails often block SLCC communications)
• A parent or guardian email address. This email must be different from the student's personal email.
• Your first name, last name, birthday, and gender exactly as it appears on your high school record. The information you enter on the participation form must match the information your high school has on file or you will not be able to complete the admission process.

After your Participation Form is Submitted

• The SLCC Admissions team will process your form, generally within 7-10 business days.
• You will receive a "Welcome to SLCC" email from HelpDesk@slcc.edu.
• This email will be sent to the email address you enter in the "Student Personal Email" field of the form, so use an address you check regularly.
• Once you receive this email, you are officially a SLCC Bruin! Follow the instructions in the email to create your MySLCC account and continue your college journey.
