SLCC Mental Health Resources

The Center for Health and Counseling offers a welcoming space for students, staff, and faculty to seek help at a low cost. Whether folks are navigating stress, anxiety, or other challenges, support is available.

SLCC also offers the LiveOn suicide prevention program, open to everyone in the SLCC community. This program helps participants learn how to recognize signs of distress in themselves and others, encouraging open conversations about mental health. By getting involved in LiveOn, the SLCC family can help build a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

Remember, asking for help is a positive step, and SLCC encourages everyone to use the resources available. Let us continue to support one another this week and every day, creating a community where mental well-being is prioritized.
