I don’t have anything specifically about the proposed policy to update or change. I do wonder why participation of College staff who are not faculty or part of the Study Aboard office are not included in the policy. I know this doesn’t happen often but I know staff who have participated in in the past on these trips in a primarily administrative support role. |

To address this comment, a sentence has been added at the end of IV.C.12
“Study abroad participants are supervised by a lead faculty member and as applicable, additional trip leads. These leads can be other faculty, administrators, or staff.”
