Vendors

Welcome to Salt Lake Community College’s vendor resource center. Use this page to learn how to do business with the College, including finding bidding and cooperative contract opportunities, submitting invoices, and accessing important College documents.

Vendor registration is by invitation only. When an SLCC department plans to purchase goods or services from you, an authorized College representative will initiate a PaymentWorks invitation. The invitation email will contain a secure link for creating your account and completing registration. Please submit tax and banking information only through PaymentWorks, not by email.

Before starting your PaymentWorks registration, have your legal name, tax identification information, address, and applicable tax documents available. If you select ACH, you will also need supporting bank documentation, such as a voided check or bank statement. PaymentWorks may contact you if additional information is needed to verify your registration.

Click below for the benefits of using PaymentWorks to you as the payee by clicking here.

For questions regarding vendor registration, please contact us at vendormanagement@slcc.edu.

SLCC’s preferred vendor payment method is the Fast Pay Program, which uses a secure, single-use Mastercard number issued through Corpay. Vendors generally receive funds faster than by check; SLCC offers net 15 terms to vendors enrolled in the Fast Pay Program. To enroll, sign in to PaymentWorks and select Fast Pay as your preferred payment method. If you are already registered, update your preferred payment method in your PaymentWorks profile.

SLCC also offers payment by ACH. To receive payment by ACH, select ACH as your preferred payment method in PaymentWorks and provide the requested banking documentation through the secure PaymentWorks system. SLCC offers net 30 terms to vendors enrolled in ACH.

Check is available but is not SLCC’s preferred payment method. SLCC offers net 45 terms to vendors receiving payment via check.

Email invoices to ap.invoice@slcc.edu. If email submission is not possible, mail invoices to the address below.

SLCC posts invitations for bids, requests for proposals, other solicitation types, and notices of intent to make a sole source purchase on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), hosted by Bonfire. Create a U3P account to view and respond to these opportunities. U3P registration is separate from PaymentWorks registration: U3P is used for bidding, while PaymentWorks is used for vendor onboarding and payment information.

To find SLCC solicitations in U3P, select HIGHER EDUCATION – Salt Lake Community College in the Department field.

U3P is used by multiple state agencies and political subdivisions. Click the link below for additional information about doing business with the State of Utah and registering on U3P.

Salt Lake Community College participates in cooperative purchasing organizations that conduct nationwide solicitations on behalf of their members. Vendors can find current cooperative and consortium solicitations through the links below.

Notice is hereby given that Salt Lake Community College may join, through valid participating addendums, cooperative procurements and contracts that meet the requirements of the Utah Procurement Code (Utah Code § 63G, as amended).

Vendors with a current SLCC contract, whether awarded directly or through a cooperative contract, may contact Brandon Thomas at brandon.thomas@slcc.edu to discuss establishing a punch-out catalog or submitting electronic invoices through the JAGGAER Supplier Portal.

A punch-out catalog connects a supplier’s website to SLCCBuy. Authorized College users shop on the supplier’s website, return their cart to SLCCBuy for approval and checkout, and send the resulting purchase order to the supplier through a cXML message. The integration can also support order confirmations, advance ship notices, and cXML or EDI invoices.

The JAGGAER Supplier Portal allows participating vendors to view purchase orders and submit invoices electronically.

To request procurement records, including bids, proposals, or contracts, submit a Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) request through the College’s records request process.
