Program Overview

This Math Endorsement is comprised of 6 courses, including a secondary SPED math methods course and 5 math content and foundations courses. This endorsement is offered through Workforce Training and Education and is for teachers seeking an endorsement in teaching Middle School or SPED Mathematics. Pre-Calculus and Calculus are pre-requisites for MATH 2130 and WTED 850. The credit courses are offered on a rotating basis and WTED 850 (Methods) is offered as a not-for credit course in Fall and Spring and can count for both SPED and Middle School Secondary Math Methods.

Upon successful completion of a course, endorsement candidates will receive USBE Credits through their Altitude account.
