The Director of Equal Employment Opportunity

Serves as a resource to the College to provide information, counseling, training and advice regarding:

  • harassment avoidance
  • (employment) discrimination prevention

An employee with a concern or complaint is encouraged to discuss it with the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity in order to:

  • clarify whether discrimination or harassment may be occurring
  • determine his/her options, including the pursuit of more formal action
