Attention:  the Student Writing Center at Redwood has completed tutoring for summer semester 2008.   We will return to AD 218 to begin tutoring for Fall semester on August 25.

The SLCC Student Writing Center helps you to improve as a writer and to succeed as a student.  We offer free writing advising (tutoring) to Salt Lake Community College students both in our physical locations as well as online for all SLCC classes.  If you are not an SLCC student and live in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, please visit the SLCC Community Writing Center.

Student Writing Center Writing Advisors are located in AD 218 at Redwood,  N308 (Learning Center) at South City, 102 (Learning Center) at Jordan, B105 (Learning Center) at Sandy.  You may view the various schedules, calendars, and writing advisor listings for each location on our staff page.

Our online resources consist of links to information on the web and an online response service.  Select the "Services" link to find out more about our in-person and online tutoring.   To submit your writing online for response from a writing advisor, click on the "Submit Your Writing" link to the left.
