Syllabus Review
Within the first couple of weeks of the semester, or preferably before the semester starts, liaisons should review their teacher’s syllabi and either mark those as reviewed in MyCE or if the syllabus needs some have the instructor make necessary changes and resubmit through MyCE and then mark it as reviewed.
Professional Development
CE instructors are required to complete their two hours of annual professional development that are either approved by or provided by the liaison and/or the liaison's department each year by July 1. Once instructors have completed their training the liaison should mark that the teacher has completed their training in MyCE.
Classroom Visits
All liaison visits must be completed within 2 weeks of the end of the academic year. Visit reports then need to be submitted within one week of completing the visit.
