Children sit on the ground holding candles during a vigil for 4-year old Ethan Stacy at the Layton Meadows apartment complex. Stacy was found dead only days after arriving from Virginia to spend visiting his mother, Stephanie Sloop. Ethan’s disfigured body was found buried near Powder Mountain in May of 2010, after his mother called Layton police to report him missing. Stephanie and Nathanael Sloop are serving lengthy prison sentences for the abuse and neglect that led to Stacy's death.
