The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Office works to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment at Salt Lake Community College. We protect our community by preventing injuries, illnesses, and environmental harm through hazard recognition, safety training, and compliance with health and safety regulations. In addition, we manage Recycling and Waste programs to reduce SLCC’s environmental footprint, promote sustainability, and ensure responsible handling of campus waste streams. Together, these efforts support the well-being of our students, employees, and the community.
