Through new student orientation, and other transition programming, our office will help you make a successful start at SLCC.
All first-time, first-year students must complete an orientation — that includes new students, former-concurrent students, and early high school graduate students. Returning and transfer students do not have to complete an orientation, but can register earlier for classes if they do so.
*Salt Lake Technical College (SLTC) orientation is only offered online. Click here for an updated list of majors for this area of study.
Bruin Advising and Registration
Bruin Advising and Registration is your gateway to success at SLCC! This unique two-hour session helps you prepare for the upcoming semester and start your college journey with confidence. Be sure to complete your online orientation before you register for this session!

- Find the Orientation Cart and click on Online Orientation
