Transition to Vector Solutions

Recently our vendor for providing required training, EverFi, has been acquired by Vector Solutions LMS. As such, all of our required training data and processes will be transitioned to Vector Solutions at the end of December 2022. Instructions on accessing and completing required training on the Vector Solutions platform will be posted on the SLCC Required Training website.

Frequently Asked Questions: 

• When will the transition to Vector Solutions happen? 
  • The transition to Vector Solutions will take place in December 2022. You will be able to access Vector Solutions in January 2023. 
• How will I be able to access the new required training platform?
  • The Required Training office will add the link to the new platform and instructions on how to access the site on the required training website
• Do I need to have my required training completed before the transition?
  • IF your required training is due AND has an “in progress” status THEN you will need to complete them before the end of the day on December 16, 2022.
  • IF your required training status reads “completed” THEN you are in compliance with required training. No further action is needed.
  • IF your required training status reads “not started” THEN you will need to complete your required training assignments before December 16, 2022.
• I recently completed my required training. Will I have to complete required training again on the new platform? 
  • If your recent completion of required training is reflected on your required training transcript then you will not need to complete them again until your next required training rotation is due. 
• How do I check my required training transcripts?
  • Instructions on how to access your required training transcripts can be found on the SLCC Required Training Transcript website

• Who should I contact if my information is incorrect in Vector Solutions? 
  • If there are errors in your transcript or your personal information, please send an email with your question or concern to Required Training.
