Stress management workshop


A FREE, four-part workshop is lead by licensed therapists at the Center for Health & Counseling. Learn how to:

  • Calm your body andmind
  • Improve attention
  • Sleep better
  • Improve emeotional and physical awareness
  • Regulate emotions better

We are looking for 10 to 12 students to participate in the workshop. Work meetings will run from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. for four consecutive weeks during spring semester!
