Stress management workshop
A FREE, four-part workshop is lead by licensed therapists at the Center for Health & Counseling. Learn how to:
- Calm your body andmind
- Improve attention
- Sleep better
- Improve emeotional and physical awareness
- Regulate emotions better
We are looking for 10 to 12 students to participate in the workshop. Work meetings will run from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. for four consecutive weeks during spring semester!
