Beverages Update
Starting July 1, 2025, all SLCC departments may purchase beverages—either Coca-Cola or Pepsi products—from the outlet of their choice. SLCC’s Purchasing Department has tax-exempt Costco and Sam’s Club membership cards available for checkout if you choose to purchase beverages there. Other options include local grocery stores such as Walmart, Smith’s, Macy’s, and similar retailers. Please use your SLCC P-Card for these purchases and reconcile them according to standard procedures. When purchasing items from external vendors, follow the Small Dollar Guidelines and ensure you have tax removed at the point of sale.
