Use the ISS Service Request Portal to submit requests for immigration-related services, including I-20 updates, employment authorization (CPT and OPT), reduced course load authorization, SEVIS transfers, and other international student services.

Select the service you need, follow the instructions, and submit your request along with any required documents. If you cannot find a service that matches your needs, select "General ISS Request."

Please submit your request as early as possible to allow sufficient time for review and processing. Do not begin employment or reduce your course load before receiving any required authorization from ISS.
