Natural Science & Engineering Student Prerequisite Override Request

The form below is meant for students who are attempting to register for chemistry, physics, earth and environmental science, computer science, or engineering classes but are encountering the "prerequisite and/or test score error" message.

Please note that this form is not meant to waive courses from your degree requirements, nor does it guarantee approval of a prerequisite override. The intent of the prerequisite policy is to help make students successful, not to slow down your academic progress.

We recommend that before you submit an override request, you meet first with your academic advisor.

Students can use the form below to leave general comments/feedback, report any ongoing issues, request enrollment exceptions, and section changes for chemistry, physics, earth and environmental science, computer science, or engineering.

This form can also be used for any other inquiries outside of these topics but is meant for current or past students and will require you to log in with SLCC credentials.
