How do I set an appointment with my advisor?
- Go to your MySLCC account
- Click on the Advising tab
- In the “Find Your Advisor” box, click on “Login to MySuccess”
- In the search box, type in the advisor’s name
- Click on the advisor’s profile and it will bring up a “schedule appointment” button
- Look at the availability and schedule an appointment
Students who have not been admitted to SLCC and need to schedule an appointment should contact Academic Advising.
Current students who need help finding your advisor or scheduling an appointment should contact Academic Advising.
What can my advisor help with?
- Create course and degree plans to save you time and money.
- Identify campus resources and strategies for success. You go to school once, we live it every day. We can guide you to the resources you need.
- Answer any questions you have from admission to completion including questions about college processes like placement tests, entrance scores, other issues that come up, and advice on balancing school with work and family.
