Free for Student, Faculty and Staff (except where noted)

  • Zumba: A fun fusion of Latin and International music that combines Latin/international rhythms with dance and aerobic moves for a fun cardiovascular workout.
  • Step Aerobics: It’s back and better than ever. A great cardio workout.
  • Yoga: A Zen filled hour of yoga to energize you for the rest of the day.
  • Indoor Cycling: A high energy, low impact workout on a bike.
  • Kickboxing: Punch, kick and workout with a fun way to relieve stress
  • Kettlebell Conditioning: Get strength, conditioning and core all in one great package
  • Powerlifting: a nice block of time to train with like-minded people. For beginners who want to learn more about powerlifting, powerlifters who want to work on their form or those who want to train, prepare and practice for training or competing. The highlight of each semester is the fun practice meet to wrap it all up.
