Mondays and Wednesdays

  • Wednesdays Only – Starting June 16, 8:00 – 8:50am Yoga Outside on the Alder Plaza
    • A multi-level yoga class appropriate for beginners through advanced.  A great way to get your Zen on.
  • Starting May 18 – 12:00 – 1:50pm Core Pilates Barre LAC 124
    • A mix of Barre and Pilates Mat and traditional strength training exercises. A mix of Barre and Pilates Mat and traditional strength training exercises. Increase your flexibility and develop core/muscle.
  • Starting June 16 – 1:30 – 2:20pm Yoga Outside on the Alder Plaza
    • A multi-level yoga class appropriate for beginners through advanced.  A great way to get your Zen on.
  • Mondays Only – Starting May 18, 8:00 – 8:50am Women-Focused Strength Training Class – LAC 164
    • Gymtimidation is real.  If you have ever looked into a weight room and wished you were brave enough to step in… then this workout is for you.  Learn how to lift with good form, how to put it together in a program and how to progress so you can confidently walk into the weight room with the knowledge that you know what you are doing.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
