Punch Cards: Please show your receipt to the Redwood SLCC Campus Recreation Desk to receive your punch card. You must have your punch card each time you attend a reserved session.
For your first Pilates Reformer Class, please come prepared with:
- Comfortable clothing and non-slip Pilates/Yoga socks
- Water bottles are strongly encouraged
- Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early so the instructor can orient you to the reformer.
To Cancel an Appointment: If cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled appointment, SLCC Campus Rec reserves the right to forfeit the session, redeemed at full value.
Late Policy: Students later than 5 minutes after class is scheduled to begin will lose their spot and the session will be redeemed at full value.
Expiration Policy: Client packages and all sessions will expire 12 months after date of purchase.
Class Cancellation Policy: If there are fewer than 5 students with reservations for a class 2 hours before the starting time of class, an email will be sent. If the studio cancels the class for this or any other reason, students will not be charged the class fee.
- Cell Phone Policy: We have a NO CELL PHONE Policy during class. If you need to use your phone due to an emergency, we ask that you step out of the studio to do so.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided after a single session has been redeemed. All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund.
