The Employer Engagement Team is here to help you recruit top talent from Salt Lake Community College! We offer several ways for you to connect with and recruit our students on-campus. Employers are also able to post off-site and virtual career-related events within Handshake.

Job Fairs Learn more about our Job Fairs and recruitment opportunities!

Info Sessions Employers approved in Handshake can request to host an Information Session, which is an opportunity for students to learn more about your company: who you are, your organizational structure and culture, typical career paths, employment opportunities, what you look for in candidates, etc. Virtual or off-site Info Sessions can simply be posted as an event in Handshake; on-campus Info Sessions must be requested through our office. The fee is $75 and we require 4 weeks' notice for requests. Email Career Services at careerservices@slcc.edu to request an on-campus info session.

Tabling Employers approved in Handshake can request to set up tabling on our campuses as a way to further engage & network with our students and build brand recognition. The fee is $40 for 3 or less hours; $50 for over 3 hours. We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for tabling requests. Email Career Services at careerservices@slcc.edu to request tabling.
