Your program of study – DegreeWorks will reflect your current declared program of study. If you have changed your program of study you will need to update your declared program.

Catalog Year – DegreeWorks is based on catalog year. A catalog year refers to the program requirements, admissions standards, and academic policies in effect during an academic school year. Your catalog year was set upon your admission or declaration of program of study. DegreeWorks is programmed back to the 2012-2013 catalog year. If you are currently registered in a catalog year previous to 2012 – 2013, you can access the prior degree audit system on the student tab under Academic Advisor or you will need to visit with an Academic Advisor.
