FAQ

* Do I need to be a current student at SLCC to take these classes?

- No.Not for credit courses do not required enrollment as a current student.

* Where are the classes held?

- Classes are held online or at two campus locations, Taylorsville Redwood Campus or Larry H. Miller Campus. Check the schedule to confirm the location.

* Can I get a refund if I drop the class?

- In order to receive a tuition refund, the course must be dropped 48 hours before the course start date. No refund will be issued after the start date.

* What if the class I want isn’t offered or scheduled?

- Contact the Program Manager to see if the course you need is in the process of being offered or ask what other options are available.

* Do I need to bring anything to class?

- Our classroom labs are equipped with computers and instructional material will be provided via manuals or through canvas access.

Funding

If you are approved for funding, STIT will pay 50% of the cost of the tuition associated with the course.
