You can schedule a one-on-one meeting with a FAFSA specialist using MySuccess, which is found in MySLCC. If you would like to meet with an Advisor, please visit any of our campuses during business hours so we can assist.

You can contact the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships in several ways:

To receive information about your student account over the phone, you must provide your FERPA Proxy passcode. This secure passcode allows our office to verify your identity in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). You can set up your FERPA Proxy passcode by logging into MySLCC and searching for “FERPA". Please note:

  • You will need a passcode for yourself
  • You must also initiate a passcode setup for any third party (such as a parent or spouse) you wish to authorize to access your information

Without a valid passcode, we are unable to release any student account details.

Email requests for information about your student account must come from your BruinMail email address and contain your name and Student ID number. This helps safeguard your personal information.
