In May, we launched a new version of SLCCPay+, our student payment platform, powered by PayMyTuition. Unfortunately, since launch, we’ve encountered technical challenges with the new system. As a result, we will be reverting to our previous provider, Touchnet, and pausing the implementation of the new system until further notice.

Later this week, you’ll notice that all SLCCPay+ links in MySLCC and on the SLCC website will direct you back to the original Touchnet platform.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. Our goal with the new system was to enhance the student experience and reduce costs allowing us to keep student fees as low as possible. While this transition has had its setbacks, we remain committed to creating simple, student-centered processes.

What does this mean for you?

Summer Payment Plans:
If you enrolled in a summer payment plan through PayMyTuition, you’ll continue to have access to that system through July to manage your remaining payments. A link will remain available in the Payments & Refunds card in MySLCC.

eRefunds (Direct Deposit):
Due to security protocols, we’re unable to transfer banking information between systems. If you added a direct deposit account in PayMyTuition that wasn’t previously saved in Touchnet, please log in to Touchnet and update your eRefund profile with your current account details.

Authorized Users:
If you added an authorized user in PayMyTuition who wasn’t previously added in Touchnet, you’ll need to re-add them in the Touchnet system to grant them access.

Payments:
Any payments you have previously made through the PayMyTuition portal will continue to apply towards your tuition and fees.
