Bruin Pantry Network
Students should not have to choose between basic needs and pursuing their academic goals. The Bruin Pantry is a welcoming, supportive space that provides supplemental food assistance to all currently enrolled SLCC students, as well as faculty, and staff. With aave access to nutritious, culturally relevant food options, the Bruin Pantry helps our campus community focus on their academic, professional, and personal goals.

The Bruin Pantry is supported by generous community partners and donors. We receive weekly food donations through the Utah Food Bank, Utah Grocery Rescue program, and Maverik, which help provide fresh produce, prepared meals, snacks, dry goods, and beverages.
Monetary donations also help us purchase food that meets a variety of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, and support the ongoing operation of the Pantry.
Please see above for more details about how to donate to the Bruin Pantry.
What if the Bruin Pantry is closed or I need additional resources?
We know that access to food and other basic needs doesn’t stop when the Bruin Pantry is closed. For additional food resources, including a list of nearby food pantries and their hours, visit the Utah Food Bank Find a Food Pantry website.
You can also find additional community resources at 211 Utah.
Finding and navigating community resources can be challenging. If you are a current SLCC student and would like help connecting with campus or community resources, you can schedule an appointment with our Coordinator for Basic Needs.
