SLCC Policy Development Policy


The policy originator is defined as the person responsible for writing the policy/procedure as well as for its implementation.

The policy sponsor is the member of the President’s Cabinet who guides the policy/procedure through the various levels of approval.

The policy officer is the person appointed by the President to offer authoritative guidance to originators, sponsors, and others, and to coordinate the development and review processes.

The policy coordinator coordinates the process and manages the website.
