SLCC Academic Course Exams
Testing Services administers select academic course exam(s) and make-up exam(s). Instructors may require their academic course exam(s) be administered at one of our Testing Centers.
If taking an exam for your online course(s) and you live outside of the Salt Lake Valley, you are required to submit a proctor request and review SLCC Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities before beginning an exam.

Schedule an Exam
- Log into MySLCC.
- Select Testing Services Card. If needed, use search options to locate it.
- Select the appropriate Testing Center.
- Follow the prompts once in RegisterBlast.
- Review Policies for Test Takers before you come into a Testing Center to take an exam.
Questions, call the Testing Center where you scheduled or want to take your exam.
Select make-up exams are administered to students who are unable to take an exam due to illness, family emergency, jury duty, or military service.
- First your instructor must authorize a make-up exam and submit a request to Testing Services.
- Check with your instructor if they require you to take a make-up exam at a specific Testing Center.
- Before making an appointment verify with your instructor that the make-up exam has been processed with Testing Services.

- Select the appropriate Testing Center.
- Follow the prompts once in RegisterBlast.
- Review Policies for Test Takers before you come into a Testing Center to take an exam.
